Glucan elite is great for catching colds and other flu-like symptoms.

Take 5000 iu of d3 and 22mg of zinc picolinate also for immune health. Beta glucan is a good supplement to look into further. Taking this for cancer radiation repair.

Cons

This product doesn't contain the complete 1-3/1-6 molecule chains that are correlated with immune system modulation. Deceptive label. Almost finishing up a 2nd bottle but don't see any positive result.
