They are very good quality and was priced decently for the application i was using. Its very gritty, like sand.

The glow effect is exceptionally good after brief exposure to a light source. A light even 1st coat, then after drying a second coat, or third-- it builds up to a nice pigment.

Each heart is about the size of my fist. Used to enhance halloween decorations. With patience it works well and looks good under black lights.

The helmet is black underneath the paint and there are still a couple places where the black is showing through. Under a black light simulator (phone app) also no glow. The other kind glows even before i put it in the light.

No glow. Not a good value for the amount paid. Waist of money. I won’t be buying them again they’re cheesy.
