These are, in the end, just plastic sunglasses. I have never understood how people can pay $100 or more for a pair of designer sunglasses that probably cost the manufacturer less than a dollar to make. Those manufacturers are laughing all the way to the bank and back. One of my son's friends left his expensive sunglasses (Maui Jim) in his car in a really fancy hard-case. I took charge of them as no one came to claim them, and I was shocked to find they are no different than the $8 plastic kind I find in any drug store! In fact, they were worse! The nose pieces fell off and got lost almost immediately, and the lenses are almost impossible to get clean for some reason. Don't be fooled by those stupid, expensive sunglasses--don't support stupidity!These, on the other hand, fit well and are just about the right shade of dark. I was hoping to purchase a cheap pair that change with the lighting--you know, lighter inside, darker outside in the sunlight? Well, from the description, I was under the impression that these might do that. They don't, thus the four stars. They are simply a good pair of plastic sunglasses.  Read Less
