When the screw at the end of the arm is tightened the entire structure goes rigid so you have to figure out the shape you want first and then tighten it

The main adjustment knob tightens all joints simultaneously which is amazing and what i wanted but wasnt clear in the description

Padded inside the clamp so it doesnt scratch anything you clamp it to and prevents slip or slide

I literally had to just stand that staring at this for a while before finally unscrewing everything and getting this to allow to me to mount the camera the way i wanted
