The controls are on a box on the cable to the right earpiece it hangs just below my jaw line

The problem is they are small and very soft they tend to fold back on the body of the earpiece rather than stand and hook in your ear

Just putting the earbuds into your ear canals and giving them a little twist doesnt work with this headset

You have to help the ear hooks get into a helpful position

I have spare ear hooks from other headsets that i thought about putting on this headset but the hole in the other ear hooks is too big for this headset
