Pros
My only complaint is the bowl size. The bowels are very deep and functional. While i love the bowels they have a somewhat narrow base and may be prone to tipping.
After about 6 months of ownership i have not a single peice break. The quality and durability seem to be perfect for what i’m looking for. Very nice, attractive and sturdy tableware.
Used because the pattern was discontinued. Question whether these were seconds due to the quality control on the paint color and glazing. Were well packaged.
Cons
The quality is just not there and some units some units scratched during packaging and shipping. Several items were already scratched on the outsides/bottoms. They get incredibly hot very quickly in the microwave.
Only the fool buys twice. Dont waste your time or money on this. Won’t but from this company again.

The dishes arrived today and i love them
3 days later i got the new plate they didnt charge me for the plate and they didnt charge me for the fedex shipping
Ordered and received in a timely manner
We contacted the manufacturer directly and they are sending us the two replacements
Packaging/appearance
They were very well packed so there was no damage
Package was secure and handle accordingly no chips or dings
I thought i would have broken plates but they were so well packed that it was hard to get them out at first
Package was sealed well none of my dishes were broken in route
