My problem is that i have to remove my phone case otterbox symmetry for the phone to fast charge wirelessly

My case is no where near as bulky as any of the standard otterbox cases but still no fast charge with it installed

Lastly the retention mechanism used to hold the phone in the charger is made entirely of plastic and feels flimsy
