Pros

The book is very approachable and written in an easily-digestible and conversational style. This leaves people bouncing from hook up to hook up and relationship to relationship on dating apps.

Understanding and reprogram your brain. And it provides very doable and effective tools and techniques that can be enacted easily and that yield fast and significant results.

I recommend this book to any body who is in a serious relationship or married. It would help prevent so much unnecessary pain and suffering, and probably divorce as well. Childhood wounds are real, and they are important to find.
