Joel schwartzberg's book gives you a ton of practical advice about things that you can do to become much more effective in your overall communication. Schwartzberg recommends adding filler words -- pause and collect your thoughts.

The chapters are short and sweet, with just the right amount of real world examples of typical problems and how to course correct. Some of the points are repetitive but the they very well articulated in this book. Good read. Helpful nugget to expect.
