When first installed and a print job is sent, the printer reports to the computer that the carts are not hp carts.

Now, the reason i did not give this product 5 stars is because it does a bad job printing photos.

Too bad all 4 carts have to be installed and have some ink in them.

My only issue is the printer does not like non-hp cartridges so it gives an error that my document did not print when our actually did:-).

Had the error message stating the cartridge was not hp, cleared it once and it has not re-appeared.
