There is only one thing i can say and that its seemingly introduced a weird side effect you must keep your controller plugged into an outlet or the system if the battery is below x then the controller will experience frequent disconnects

I bought this to replace the cable that microsoft sent with their specialized xbox one controller adapter for the older controllers which eventually broke after about a year of use

This also makes it less likely to be torqued and broken while plugged into the controller
