Pros

It's not as light as a regular shell ski jacket but it's still light enough. It’s super warm but somehow not too hot to stand in when taking forever to leave work. Very comfortable and flattering.

Jacket is true to size but i do like winter jackets a tad larger for when wearing sweaters, sweatshirts or thicker shirts. I'm 5'4 and a little more on the fluffy side but that is not a deal breaker.

Burgundy is my favorite color. I wish i got it in a brighter color. Never again this coat is so much better.

It's a heavier jacket so some may feel it's to cumbersome to hand wash. I hang it on hanger whenever it’s worn—remains wrinkled.

Cons

Jacket is ugly and shapeless with lumpy sleeves. Material seems too flimsy. Wrinkles are terrible.

It came in plastic bag and i assumed i had a winter treasure

It was stuffed inside the package all messy

I say packaging was tight jacket was wrinkled damp towel in dryer worked well so ill say 4
