All was labelled well and accurately for delivery with tracking information and communication with grandview is exceptional seeming most of the time to be almost by return of email

The only slight glitch here is that there are no instructions about which valve goes where and so the obsessive in me double checked with the manufacturer images to confirm which way round the el and 6ns went

It arrived in plain box packed well in foam but no owners manual no warranty info and worst of all no instructions
