The gemstone is securely and evenly mounted in the prongs no movement at all

One thing i will mention is that the box of the mount is tall meaning the side that rests on your chest to the front face of the gemstone is tall and the gem stone is heavy which means sometimes the pendant will turn sideways or tumble but not often and not enough to want to return it
