It doesnt help with getting some sleep but it helps with the aftermath of having a pretty rubbish night

However for what it is and the price it is being sold at this is a great product at a reasonable price
Packaging/appearance
The packaging is good and tablets easy to swallow
But the tablets are very easy to take and very natural looking no colourants added to the powder or the capsule coating
She has taken them for two days now as directed by the instructions printed on the container
