Pros

Very durable. Will definitely recommend.

If you know you want them curved, drape them over something to freeze. Is the perfect number to keep them cold & rotate, if it’s in the budget.

They freeze well and maintain the coldness you need after enduring some uncomfortable stretches. Stays pliable though very cold.

Cons

The ice pack is to stiff when froze. I see they changed the wording to say they freeze stiff. These are most certainly not usable straight out of the freezer.

We were disappointed as they were purchased for post shoulder and bicep surgery recovery. Contacted seller and awaiting reply still. Won't buy again.
