Pros

On side has a soft fabric surface that allows the cold to *. Very flexible even when frozen. Place in fridge for cooling a migraine or freeze for pain and bruises.

Love to rotate through the day. Nothing to dislike.

Cons

The one that i used once is all sticky! They become very hard and stiff. They freeze hard and are virtually unusable as a cold compress for icing. A bitter disappointment.
