Velcro pouch holds the gel pack securely. Wrap pocket closes neatly with velcro.

Wrap material efficiently conveys cold to the affected area (even on bare skin) one to keep at room temp to heat up before, another to keep in the freezer for after. Fits easily in freezer, doesn't clump up.

Excellent for plantar fascitis. Works just as well as medicine if it really aches. My spouse also uses them for his chronic headaches to help eaae the intensity.
