I just pop it back in the freezer after use, and it's ready to provide relief whenever i need it. These stay cold for longer than any other brand. Chills back down quickly also.

They do a decent job conforming to your body but the fact that they leak is a major problem. They advertise 5x10 when they are actually 4x8.

One pack was miss filled with virtually no coolant gel in one of the three compartments. Stay cold for 2 minutes then back to lukewarm. It actually freezes not gel like.
