Pros
Sealer doest comes with a small brush to use for application. Used an entire tube on an rei wonderland 4 without getting to the door-face horizontal seams, mudroom, or footprint. My one critique is that the sealer come with a bead application tube.
Cured over night. Definitly worth the money. Even if i need to reapply some later it's well worth it.
Cons
Gave it a week to dry. Now i have flaky seam seal rubbing off every seam. Perhaps it needs more drying time. Apparently this stuff is overly sensitive to something on the sponge.
The photo is completely misleading. This is really a * oversight.

The last two times we ordered some though there were no cap brushes or disposable brushes in the package

Applicatorrather than dealing with the hassle of cleaning the mini paintbrush and trying to reuse it i made an applicator out of a little piece of soft kitchen sponge and paper clip

I cut a small rectangular piece of the sponge and attached it to the end of a paper clip that i unfolded once

No leaks on the seams but my tent did have some leaks inside just because of condensation and just so much rain and i was not alone on this was the same for others
