The plastic coupling between the motor and the glass tray breaks more frequently than the motor so eliminate that as an issue first

If there is no voltage you have a bad control board

If you are reading voltage check the motor for continuity

If no continuity then replace the motor

If continuity is present take two screws out drop the motor down and remove the coupler from inside the cavity

Theres 5 gear inside the motor with tiny gears

If you followed the above instructions replaced the motor and still had an issue test the new motor for continuity

That will tell you if its been damaged and keep you from pulling your hair out thinking something more is broken when its really just a bad replacement
