After taking it on a half-dozen occasions, i can report that it has not provided even a modicum of relief. They just make me fart a lot which releases gas i guess lol but who wants to fart all day.

When i was at work or socializing, i hesitated to eat food with sauce, gravy, onions and on and on … it seemed like i couldn’t eat anything and i felt self-conscious if i did eat bc i’d worry about the ramifications.
