Pros

This pasta is surprisingly good. I am gluten intolerant and this pasta does not bother me. My favorite go to pasta.

Because it provides structure to the pasta, keeping it from getting too swollen and soggy. The noodle swells as it cooks so smaller portion very satisfying.

Cons

Price is great but quality is inconsistent. Just be cautious and look carefully at each 1-lb.
