It would have gone faster except for the following 1 it took numerous tries to get the plastic case to begin to separate using the supplied tool 2 prying off the old battery was much more difficult than shown in the dvd i used the pry tool and kept working it further and further under the old battery using steady but minimal pressure to lift it away from the case to avoid cracking the case and 3 it took several tries to peel the paper off the double stick foam tape that was supplied with the product older reviews indicated the buyer had to supply their own double stick tape  Read Less
