Pros & Cons
Pros
Great for testing regular and gfci receptacles. Can easily test gfci outlets and indicator lights are bright and easy to see. Reasonable price for ensuring proper wiring & operation of gfi outlets.
This device is extremely helpful when replacing outlets. Use this for my work as a repairman. If you do any electrical work, this is a handy little device.
Cons
It's needs a negative prong enlarged to fit into the 117 volt outlet. This outlet tester is very basic and doesn’t test the breaker.
