Pros
Both are enteric coated tablets & are identical in size, shape, and color. But read the ingredients label. Both ingredient lists are exactly identical in their in supplement names and strengths.
My twisted spine has a lot more going on than simple osteoarthritis. It eats the plaque off of my teeth.
Cons
The cost for a bottle of only 30 pills is pretty exorbitant. I suspect the ingredient that caused my headache was the rutin. It makes me wonder if it's giving me a stomach ulcer.

If you are low in trypsin which is one of the enzymes that breaks down these plants…i would try an enzyme supplement with trypsin if not this supplement
