Pros

The powder is tasteless so it mixes really well in smoothies or food. It has a nice cinnamon taste, it’s easy to stir up, and it works like a charm to get the system in balance. Would be good to add to a fruit smoothie.

The title of the product alone is impressive. However, the packaging could be improved. My rating is this is worth a try and is a good product.

Cons

I'm glad other people find it useful but it's not for me! It tastes very earthy, like you pulled some bark off a tree and just started chewing.

It's like drinking mud. The ingredients clump to the water and even if you mix it with a spoon, it doesn't completey dissolve. You end up having to fill up the cup again until the consistency is married with whatever you are mixing it with.
