Pros

It has a taste and scent like coconut, which, i guess if you hated coconut would be an issue. Love it. Subscribe and saved every month for the big canister.

The unflavored raw meal has no stevia or other artificial sweetener. I eat a lot of flax, and for me that's the predominant taste in the unflavored version. This *completely* masks the flax flavor for me.

It's really hard to choke down at the end of the shake and * session. It seems to calm down flatulence, when it becomes an everyday drinking habbit.

Cons

It tastes like dirt with a little sweetener put in. They are super thick, like glue thick. But more like you mixed ground nuts in with the glue. It actually smells “old/expired” though sealed and marked as expiring dec 2022.

This is so bitter its undrinkable. But all that said, this plain one is horrid. Maybe its just me though. Chugged it right in the trash.

This is a quality product so if you want good flavor in your smoothie i suggest you dont use garbage fruit in it

So getting 14 servings for the price is a good intro to this product but i don’t know if i want to spend 20something every two weeks

I would buy it again though if the price was right
