Highlights
Quality
Reordered and again received an excellent product
Green tea and winding down from the heavier teas as the day goes on works well for me and with the different colors it keeps it simple
I was bummed but more at my clumsiness than the product
Never a leak problem with the vacuum seal or durability
Packaging/appearance
Some tea catches on the inside lip of it but i just rinse it out in the faucet
I found the 9oz size super convenient
Competitiveness
Its a wellmade bottle and stylish too
I have bought more than 10 different tea infuser bottle and this is the only one i have rebuy after i lost my other one
The only improvement i could suggest is a slightly larger infuser in the lid to allow the leaves to expand more
This glass is 14oz compared to only 9oz like my last one

The only thing i noticed is that the chrome color has started to come off the plastic on the lid but i figure thats my fault for running it through the dishwasher so often over the years

If you see steam then it still needs to cool off
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Its understandable that any cup with lid will leak if its still warmhot water with steam coming out of the cup
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
I just dont see why people complain about leaking when they dont allow the steam to fully dissipate
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The steam needs somewhere to vent if you tighten the lid it will build pressure since there is no place for the steam to go hence the leak
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Stir the water if you see steam that means the water needs to vent the steam more
