Allot better than real beef which is very bad for your arteries and your overall health

First let me say that it has been five years since i had real beef

I really liked the way i prepared them and they went really well with my baked potato

I love making these into fajitas and adding them to beef stew i take out the beef for myself but my husband is still very much a carnivore
