Good product. With proper discipline, this can definitely help ward off the hunger pangs and keep your eating habits under control. I'm a big fan of caralluma fimbriata and always thought it might be a good combo with garcinia. However, I have not seen any product with the two ingredients until coming across this one. I've had mixed results with garcinia. I fare better with caralluma, but I've wondered if maybe the two together would work for me as a decent appetite suppressant as well as helping my metabolism, since it does have other ingredients as well that are supposed to help with metabolism and weight loss. Looking at the ingredients, I do feel it is a smart mix of different supplements. It has forskokin and green tea. Afrcan Mango and Raspberry Ketone, plus more. I have not been taking the product for very long so I don't know yet about weight loss results. It does suppress my appetite somewhat but not as much as I was hoping. Despite all the supposedly great ingredients, I find my appetite is best suppressed with regular pure caralluma. However, I still want to keep up with taking this as I have a good feeling about it. It does not make me jittery or give me any kind of crash. It has given me no bad side effects. I'm not so crazy about the capsules being yellow. I much prefer clear.
