Pros
These are the cleanest, freshest tasting garbanzos we have ever purchased. They are much larger than canned garbanzo beans. These palouse brand chickpeas always delight everyone.
Love the white clean fabric and rustic feel to the dried garbanzo bean sack. Beautiful packaging as well in a cotton sack for easy storage. The cotton bag they came in is absolutely adorable and reusable.
Barefoot contessa hummus recipe. Great blended into a dressing, or in you processor for a recipe.
These are amazingly tasty fresh and so easy to creatively prepare and enjoy. After an overnight soak they plump up without any odd ones or pieces to throw out.
Cons
We are unclear whether these are seeds, dark gravel or some sort of eggs. These seem awfully expensive.

My only complaint is that these are a bit pricey

It just takes a little more time to receive

I dont own a pressure cooker and too often when buying beans and then cook them it is ia struggle to get them done till tender

One of the reasons for this is that the beans have been sitting around forever and it takes much time to tenderize them first the soaking then by cooking
