White and yellow lids are great. I love that this product exists. Great purchase with a great price.

Installation is always a bugaboo, but i've discovered a foolproof trick for it. Use a mallet or heavy hammer to start one edge by tapping it firmly into place.

Originally got for storing chicken feed in out by coop. Gasket really works to keep the odor contained.

Cons

Lid/seal is defective. Even retried with a thin layer of vasoline. I suggest you test these lids before use as you may find that they don't seal as advertised.

Brittle plastic deforms easily and cracks when struck with mallet. Springy light plastic means lids unseal themselves a few days later. Orings are oversized and routinely fall out.
