The assembly instructions are poor and i suggest that a purchaser looks at the actual picture on this site and focuses in on the assembly points

The box was damaged on arrival most likely the courier but the contents were intact

The images are poor the language used seems to be translated from another language and its not a clear step by step guide

It is getting 4 stars because when i put it in a 90 degrees position such as for military press i need to force the back of the bench against its seat which crinkles the covering tissue see attached pictures

It is quite a thin bench but doesnt have the wobble as suggested by other reviews

The price does not reflect on the quality of the product feels like a much more expensive bench
