I knocked off a star for two reasons - the white rubber part around the front gets pretty dirty very fast and it's not cleanable (i tried magic eraser, 409, regular soap, windex) it's now permanently gray-ish.

Also the white on the back - that part that looks kind of like armor is peeling a bit, and it was doing that before i dropped my phone.
