The book is nice because it is not dogmatic. Toby does a phenomenal job of giving an incredible depth of understanding that even the most popular permaculture books brush past. Buy it and read it.
Eliot coleman's book encourages a regenerative mindset. I can't just eat toast and jelly with jelly i made from my fruit, or cherry pies.
Hemingway takes the guesswork out of permaculture design. The bibliography is priceless. Bill mollison's guide is currently running over a hundred dollars.
Cons
Perhaps this book sorely needs an editor. Can't be downloaded to my phone.
The book's promise is clouded by often-unfocused writing. One wishes for a book more focused on gardening.
