Pros & Cons

Pros

The rear pad fits nicely to the rear contour of the necks on my guitars. Fits all of my guitars, acoustic and electric. Guitar sounds really natural with it no matter the fret!

The hinged design and threaded adjustment lets me dial in the just the right amount of pressure. Even though you can't clamp them to the headstock or mic stand, they are very easy to use.

The silver knob adjusts the precise position that the black rubber closes to. The knob adjusts how tight it is when it is closed, so if you know you're going to be using it on a certain fret you can have it adjusted for that fret. Only draw back is it...  Read More

This capo is a screw & fulcrum hybrid. G7th makes a specific 12 string capo which accounts for the treble/bass paired strings 3,4,5,and 6.

Cons

It's as bad (or worse) than the kieser. Classy looking, doesn't function. Not even close really. Width of the capo is probably too thin.

Quality

I like the quality and seemingly good construction

Its a nice quality and has some good weight to it

This one is so small on the neck of your guitar that its never in the way as you might find with the kyser or several other models

I keep it in a pouch with the music so i do not have this problem

Price

But thats a very small price to pay

Shipping

Though not as quick and easy to put on and off as a traditional spring clamp its still quick and easy

Competitiveness

It is certainly easier to use than its predecessor in my guitar case

Its a bit heavier than the traditional capo but that isnt an issue for me
