The previous bulbs were fluorescent, took forever to light, and were not very bright.

From a cold start, there's a very tiny delay of 100-200ms before it turns on.

The bulbs aren't used in a dimmable fixture so can't share any knowledge there also these bulbs have been purchased within the past year so can't tell about the life of bulb.

Please note that the light produced is very yellowish.

He typically likes very white, daylight bulbs and i'm more of a warmer/pinky/yellowy lightbulb person.
