I have not encountered any errors with the modules since purchasing them
This was the cheapest quality ram i could find that was compatible with the maximum specifications of her computer
I was confused when memtest86 originally showed no errors but subsequent scans with the hp diagnostic and memtest showed a fault
Competitiveness
Would easily buy this brand again but wish they had had a deal on this in a 3pack since the laptop only had 3 ram slots
Bought this to upgrade memory on a dell inspiron 17r
I opened an rma with gskill and they quickly replaced the defective ram

If your trying to figure out if this ram would work for your macbook pro yes it will but from what i know it only works for mid 2009 and up

My cpu usage was averaging around 50 or so was 80 spikes now 20 with 50 spikes big change

It was changed from 4 sticks of 2gig to 4 sticks of 4gig to max out the laptop at 16

Unfortunately the original pair i got was doa not the usual kind of memory error but it would cause windows to go into the blue screen of death every time
