There was no problem with the item quality but with the transport company i think it was delivered with royal mail they probably walked on the box because when weve open it the bar was bent

I recieved a wrong one half of the size i ordered and within three days of contact info them i had the right size in my hands

The cord to operate the blind is plastic and very flimsy so will need gentle handling probably not great for a childyoung person who may not be as careful

The seller will ask what your window width is and will cut your blind to fit

This was replacing a previous blind so screw holes already in place
