Pros

There's only two on the right straps, but the left shoe is fine. They actually have both support and traction. I have large bunions and shoes are hard to wear. I normally need inner soles, but these shoes were the only ones i wore.

Cons

They are awful to wear because of the waved foam and gave my pinky toe blisters within an hour of wear. The arch support isn't there anymore and they gave me blisters after a short time wearing them.
