I ordered the 120cm length which had 2 x metal reinforced keyhole slots recessed in the back and came with bolts and wall plugs our friend ordered the 90 cm one and that came screws rather than bolts which were rather small and we replaced them

The wall bolts were slowly tightened with a 10mm spanner with the bolt heads left protruding about 10mm before offering up the mantle piece

There is a slight indent on ours but you cant see it now its up
