It's shocking, really. There are so many negative reviews because people want an easy and immediate fix. They work, and kinda awkward. I like these over plastic ones, because they breath.

Been 2 weeks wearing nightly. They are not at all uncomfortable or even noticeable. I'm hopeful that continued use will improve things even more.

Frownies help you retrain your muscles to frown less. They are less noticeable than botox. They can also help with tmj.
