It's shocking, really. There are so many negative reviews because people want an easy and immediate fix. They work, and kinda awkward. I like these over plastic ones, because they breath.
Been 2 weeks wearing nightly. They are not at all uncomfortable or even noticeable. I'm hopeful that continued use will improve things even more.

I didnt realize you needed the rose water to adhere them which was no included in this order
