When i got home i ran them through the washer with a load of clothes which was indicated as okay in the directions

It did seem to get my shirt somewhat damp so i do not feel that their claims that your clothes do not get wet is 100 true

I thought that maybe keeping it sealed in the container or a zip lock baggie caused it but even if i let it dry at night it still smelled bad

I was not able to get the dirt stains out of it no matter what detergent i used

One side is smooth the cooling side has tiny bumps

My ms fatigue is really bad but add temps above 72f and i can barely function let alone think
