I have issues with breathing humidity in my sleep waking with fluid collected in my lungs from some lung scarringso i have gone through a few dehumidifiers this one rates about avaragei live in the desert so most of the year humidity is not an issue except after rainthis unit can get the humidity down to about 45 at best but will heat up your room considerablyalso if you get this plan on using the pump as the tank is messy at best to dump there is no actual pour spout water comes out from all sides of the tank when you pour it
