Keeps my basement dry during rainy season, no more musty basement smell. I hope it will last more than the 2 years that seems to be the norm with dehumidifiers. The noise level is lower than my others and i like its contemporary look.

Research suggests that the compressor has failed. The compressor is really hot, probably a result of a leackage in the coils. When the code clears the machine comes back on, says the humidity is dropping in the house.

Will be contacting frigidaire and requesting a replacement. This is supposed to be covered by a 5 year warranty.

New design, same issue. Email was never answered. I waited hours and never heard from them.

The plastic pins at the rear to roll the electric cable are realy weak. Just bad quality control. Fairly expensive unit.

After a year plus of use the unit started showing the fo error code after being plugged in for about 15-20 minutes. Stopped operating correctly at about the 1. Routinely stops with the error code f0.
