It is very straight and comes with 3 different grits of sandpaper. It also has a hole and one non-precision surface so that you can hang it on a wall if you want to.

Fretguru sanding beam is nice. Comes with 3 different grit sand paper strips. The grits are 100, 240, and 320. Using the coarser grit also makes the job faster.

It’s the first one i’ve ever used and i recommend it for all first timers as well. Highly recommend fretguru for all guitar lutherie tools.

Cons

Fret destroyer has no integrity. People who have purchased this product, here is your late defect memo. Check your beam with accurate certified straight edges.
