Pros
This is exactly what i was wanting, and couldn't find locally. The gathers are plentiful. Ironed up nicely. Now 1000 times better.
Soft, yet durable fabric. Fabric is a little coarser than i expected. Firmer fabric is very nice!
Cons
Top fabric that fits over the mattress is flimsy and tears easily. Now it is some kind of synthetic that melts easily in the dryer. Very low quality.

The size fits the matress perfectly so it doesnt hang on the floor
It is not sheer and looks very good

The price was perfect packaged neatly and even put on before ironing strait out of package

I washed and dried it as recommended to hopefully remove creases and wrinkles from packaging but had to iron it

Its stinks having to lift your mattress once its on it helps line it up right and it stays in place

Material is a little thinner than the one i replaced still thick enough cant see through it
