Pros

These are not sashimi quality fish, but they're fine for cooking. Made some yummy dinner with this salmon. Portion size is spot on, fish is very fresh and flavorful.

Fresh and easy to bake with a little salt and pepper and lemon. Loved the taste & texture.

Oil on the foil lining also prevented it from sticking. Professionally vacuum sealed removing oxygen at every nook and cranny.

Cons

Fresh salmon from chile has a shelf life of 3 weeks. Chile salmon has extremely high antibiotic levels, and is reported “not safe for human consumption”. This salmon has a rotting flavor that is usually a rarity when salmon is purchased fresh.

Was very disappointed. Disappointing; i through them out and received a refund. Had to throw it away.

I always remove it from the packaging rinse it down towel dry it and then season it to my liking

Wish something could be done about the thick plastic packaging or at least putting more than 2 in one package

Ive tried different ways of cooking this salmon and of all the methods ive tried my airfryer produced the best results

I look for sale prices and buy it when it’s on sale

Each a “correct” portion size but i would have preferred a more generous 8oz
