The way this book iswritten gives an impression of a gentle teacher guiding you along and encourages one to become an intrepid homebaker. It’s a gem. Great book for beginners and all skill levels, almost reads like a textbook.

Chef pfeiffer is one of the best pastry chefs in the world. This cook book is like a course book for culinary students. Some personal stories from the chef are interesting.

A good investment for any aspiring pastry chef or home baker. This book helped me to master tempering chocolate, which i had previously attempted many times. I own several baking books but this is the one that made me give a deep sigh of relief.

Merci beaucoup is a fountain of knowledge.

What a waste of paper, time, resources and brain cells. It looks like there might be some nice recipes in there, if you can get past the pages of stories.
